Fuseboard change for an elderly Midlands lady who was left without any power to her boiler for 2 WEEKS!

A nationwide energy company charged her £135 for a 20 minute visit and did not fix the issue.

J&J Electrical got the boiler back up and running for the customer; once again giving her access to hot water.

While on-site we found the customer’s fuseboard used outdated rewirable fuses instead of the safer, more reliable RCD (Residual Current Device) protection. We recommended for a fuseboard upgrade along with new earth cables to gas and water mains for protection.

The customer was “over the moon” with what we provided and we were very happy to help another satisfied customer.
